The never-ending pressure for sufficient Procurement funds to adequately acquire the large number of aircraft necessary to sustain their enduring aviation missions is severely impacting many federal agencies. As a result, more and more are turning to the use of Operations & Maintenance funds for aircraft leasing. However, the implications of compliance with the OMB budget scoring process can be dramatic. Greenwood Aerospace is experienced with the intricacies of these budget scoring rules for both capital and operating leases resulting in successful aircraft lease programs for the customers below.
